Michelle is a Licensed Specialist in Clinical Social Work. She completed her education at the University of Kansas in 2000 and began working at Lakemary Center in Paola, KS. The experience she gained there significantly impacted her professional development. She then spent 10 years working at another psychiatric residential facility providing therapy to adolescent males. During those ten years, she met and worked with both Harold Dean and Bernadette Bell.

Harold Dean has provided care to others in multiple types of residential settings for over 25 years. He has worked with adolescents in the Juvenile Justice system, worked with adolescents in residential care, and worked with adults with disabilities. He has excellent skills in setting limits and boundaries with each individual to assist in maintaining the capability of meeting their goals in the community.

Bernadette Bell has been in the healthcare field for over 25 years and has experience in direct care of adolescents and adults in residential care, case management, and parental in home support. She has a passion for helping others succeed in their own goals and paths in life. Bernadette has exceptional team building skills and has assembled a strong cohesive team of direct care staff to assist and provide for consumers who choose our service.
